Join us for our annual meeting in Columbine Park!

Check-in begins at 11:30. Meeting starts at 12:00 Barbecue will follow. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share.

We will be giving one ballot per paid-up property owner so arrive before the meeting so we can check you in.

There are three board positions up for election this year. If you are interested in running for the board, please reach out to our President, Gary Sloneker, for more information and/or to put your name in for consideration. Please submit your intent to run by Saturday, August 16 at noon so we can get your name on the ballots.

If you cannot attend but would like to send in your vote by proxy, please email our President. Per our by-laws, this is the only way to vote by proxy.
